These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of worknexter.com (the "Site") and any application, onboarding, or communication process connected to it. By accessing the Site or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to apply through the Site. By submitting an application, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
WorkNexter provides an application and matching process connecting individuals with AI-training projects, which may involve reviewing, rating, ranking, or annotating AI-generated content. Any resulting engagement is typically structured as independent contractor work, not employment, and specific terms (including scope, pay, and schedule) will be provided separately during onboarding, if you are selected.
When you submit an application, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. WorkNexter may verify the information you provide and reserves the right to reject or withdraw any application it determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible.
Our public application form does not collect Social Security Numbers, Tax Identification Numbers, or images of government-issued identification. If your application advances, any legally required identity or tax verification will be conducted exclusively through a dedicated, secure verification provider, under terms disclosed to you at that stage. WorkNexter will never request such documents by email or through this Site's application form, and you should treat any such request as suspicious and report it to us immediately.
You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading information; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; (c) use the Site to transmit malicious code; (d) impersonate another person; or (e) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of WorkNexter or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
Compensation for any AI-training work, including rates, payment schedule, and payout method, will be disclosed during onboarding and governed by a separate agreement specific to that engagement. Submitting an application does not guarantee an offer of work or any payment.
WorkNexter may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or application process at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to WorkNexter, other users, or third parties.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WorkNexter does not guarantee that applications will result in an offer of work, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkNexter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or application process.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WorkNexter is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
